Failed Deliveries

We reserve the right to make a charge for failed delivery where the customer is not in when the item is delivered..

Failed Installations

Occasionally installations fail. We will not be held responsible for failure to fit your appliance or any additional cost incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, such as siezed taps on pipework or unsuitable electral supply etc


Two Man delivery

We offer  Free delivery  on all large appliances. On certains large heavy items  we offer the option of a two man delivery service 


 reasons for selecting this service include:

  • Your property has more than 4 steps.

  • Difficult access within your property such as tight turns or narrow passageways.

  • You live in a block of flats and there is no lift available to access the floor that you live on.

  • You have a loose gravel drive where an appliance may become instable during transportation.                                                                                                                                                  
  • Please be aware we have not seen your property, we do not know the layout or the design of the location that you wish us to deliver to. If you are unsure whether you require a 2 man delivery please Contact us by  or Phone 01453 824404


 We  install most freestanding appliances (those not enclosed with-in cupboards) for a small charge. We also offer installation service on built in single ovens & in column double ovens. These installations are performed on a like for like basis to suitable existing adjacent services. Electrics, plumbing, pipework, kitchen cabinets and kick-boards cannot be altered within this charge

We do provide chargeable installation options for built-in appliances providing it is simply a case of fitting the appliance and furniture doors. Any additional work to the kitchen units or carpentry work required will need to be completed at the customer’s expense. 

On some built in appliances (Dishwashers,Washing Machines,Fridges etc) we may use a third party Installer. Payment will be made to the Installer on completion of the install and not John Kerry and Sons.The Contract for the Install will be between the customer and the third party installer.

Stock Availability And Specification     

Whilst we endeavour to keep up to date information available on This Site in relation to stock availability and product specification , it may occasionally become out-of-date pending updating and we accept no responsibility for inaccuracies in This Site that arise as a consequence. Similarly, manufacturers from time to time make specification changes or withdraw product lines, and we accept no liability if we are unable to supply Product(s) ordered by you as a consequence.
